Classes are on Sundays 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
The class are open to all and consist of Qi Gong (chi kung) breathing exercises and Taiji (Tai Chi) exercise sets for stretching, joint mobilisation, improvement of the circulation and relaxation.
The aim of the class is to promote fitness and health by providing an easy to follow workout lasting about an hour and which is based on Tai Chi principles.
Participation requires no previous experience of Tai Chi Chuan or Qi Gong.
The cost of the class to non-members is £10, payable on the day. The class is free to members.
