Profile
I first trained in Wu Style with Holle Brandt at Jackson's Lane Community centre in the early 90's. She introduced me to Sifu Wragg's Academy, then at Osnaburgh St in central London, where I trained to intermediate level.
After a few years of training by myself and attempting to improve my meditation :) I joined the Archway Academy, a very friendly hardworking club (with a great Christmas dinner!)
I assist with various introductory classes at the Archway Academy.
Outside of the Academy I run small classes in movement for musicians and others wishing to improve their flow, I can be contacted at TunedIn@gmx.com.
Among my hobbies is the study of anatomy.
I believe Tai Chi is one of the treasures of the world and if the chance arises it should be tried. Naturally, of course I thoroughly recommend Wu's Style Tai Chi Chuan as taught by the Grandmaster Eddie Wu Kwong Yu, gate keeper of the style.
