Shoreditch Park event 22nd August 2010This event was not so well attended as the London Fields event, but this was probably due to the fact that it was a blisteringly hot day, and there was very little shade in this park. However we managed to go ahead with the demonstration and workshop as the embedded video shows. The demonstration and workshop lasted about 30 minutes and comprised a hand form demonstration, a workshop that involved Tai Chi walking and the Brush Knee form and finished with some demonstrations of Tai Chi form applications.
