Eight week introductory course

The cost of the course is £70 (Except where special offers apply).

The course fee includes annual membership, insurance for the first year and a Polo shirt embroidered with the Academy logo.

The fee entitles the member to 8 one and a half hour lessons over an eight week period. You can register and pay on line for an eight week course securely with PayPal, or pay by cash or cheque on the first night of the course.

Refunds Policy for the eight week course

The payment for the course is non-refundable.

However if your circumstances change or you are unable to complete the course, any unused classes can be held in credit for the year of your membership.

For instance if you book and pay for the course and then have to drop out after 2 weeks for whatever reason,you can take up the remaining six lessons at any time in the year for which your membership runs. Or pay the pro rata sum for the previously taken lessons and rejoin a course from lesson 1

Fees for Members

Monthly Fee for continuing Beginners is £40 concessions* £20

This entitles the member to attend any or all of the beginners classes in the month.

Monthly fee for Intermediate and Senior Students £50 concessions* £25

This entitles intermediate level members to attend any or all of the intermediate and beginners classes.

Senior students may attend any or all of the classes available.

Annual Membership (includes insurance) £20 no concessions. Annual membership can be paid on line using the Paypal facility or in person at the Academy

Membership is considered to have lapsed if the member has not paid monthly fees in three consecutive months or attended at least once in a three month period.

However if the academy is notified of a proposed period of prolonged absence this rule will be waived.

Single classes are available for members at £10 per session - no concessions. This fee also applies to members of other Wu style academies visiting the Archway Academy for training.

Monthly fees must be paid in full and in advance. The fees are non refundable.

* The concessionary rate may be claimed by students, pensioners and the un-waged upon suitable proof of status.
