The second of the two compilations by Richard Docksey shows various aspects of Tai Chi Chuan practiced by Intermediate and Senior Members and Instructors of Wu's Tai Chi Chuan Academy, Archway, London. The film was shot over several weeks in spring 2009 shows some of the activities and training that takes place in normal classes. The action in the video is not at normal practice speed.
