Academy Instructors
All Instructors at the Academy:
- have been trained by the Red Cross in First Aid;
- Have a minimum of three years Tai Chi Chuan teaching
experience;
- Have been registered and certified by the International Wu
style Federation;
- Are insured with World Wide Sports Insurance (UK) Ltd,
through Lloyds of London.
- Instructors registered as A Grade with the Tai Chi Union of
Great Britain are marked *.

Grandmaster Wu Kwong Yu is 5th
Generation Gatekeeper of the Wu's style of Tai Chi Chuan. His
tuition at his Archway workshops is always inspirational and full
of content.
Peter Gravett is a medical practitioner
(Haematologist), now retired, who used acupuncture and
traditional Chinese Medicine in his medical practise. He gives
the occasional special class in Medical QiGong to senior members
of the Academy.
Eileen Ford-Price gave a workshop in
2009 entitled "Adjusting your Tai Chi for age and
illness". Eileen and her husband Tim run the
Cotswold'sWu's style training centre.

Jae Willis often gives workshops on
various types of competition push hands.These are popular and
well received by all who attended. Jae runs the Somerset Training
Centre.
Mark Langweiler runs workshops on Chin
Na at the Academy and keeps us abreast of the latest scientific
research on Tai Chi
Lo Yu Bin from the Singapore Academy has
been teaching Spear Form at the Archway Academy
