Master Wu Jien Chuan Golden Cock Form

Wu's Tai Chi Chuan Academy, Archway, is one of a number of Wu's Tai Chi Chuan Academies in various locations around the world. We are located at the Archway Campus of the Middlesex University, and are dedicated to the promotion, practice and teaching of Tai Chi Chuan and particularly Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan.

We teach a full syllabus of Tai Chi Chuan, at beginner, intermediate and senior levels and have a staff of instructors with a combined experience of over sixty years training. In addition many of the Academy's senior members are disciples of the Wu family. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality Tai Chi Chuan teaching and practise at the academy, and to keeping the art intact and alive.

Continuing the tradition - Golden Cock form

New members are always welcome and can join classes at any time. However, for the complete beginner we recommend joining one of our Eight Week Beginners Courses as the best way of starting. The course is designed to give the beginner with no previous experience a thorough grounding in the art of Tai Chi Chuan. At the end of the course the novice will be invited to continue as a full member, and will be able to make an informed decision as to whether or not they wish to continue based on the experience gained on the course.

The Academy is occasionally asked to provide a Tai Chi demonstration or workshop for external organisations.

Click on the link to view some reports and images of recent demonstrations or workshops.

If you wish us to arrange a demonstration or workshop for your event or supply an instructor to provide a workshop with members of your organisation please Contact us for further details.

The Tai Chi Chuan Association is the business entity of the Academy and is set up as a not-for-profit organisation for the benefit of its members.

We are pleased to offer for sale at £3.50 the latest Tai Chi Chuan Magazine
